		<description><![CDATA[I too thank you Dr. Harris for your comparison of what a total understanding of what a 100% development of visual and related function is. I hope this sinks in with those who think all is necessary is to hang up a Snellen chart, and then pass as perfect eyes if they look cosmetically straight. I used the comparison that binocular vision at its best is like a perfect marriage with all of its rewards, or is it on the rocky road with all of its various stages of problems that could lead to a divorce?
